THE VISION

The Command given to me by The Lord God Himself in July 1997 is to develop a proposal, a design, and implement a Water Treatment Plant, which includes a Wastewater Treatment Plant and a Power Plant.  It will first be presented to and developed in Ghana West Africa, then to others.  This will enable the citizens to raise the quality of life and still keep Africa African.  The fulfillment of the Water Project will provide clean and sustainable water for the Cities and Villages as well as provide jobs in all sectors of African Society.
